Ph.D. in Physics from IIT (BHU) Varanasi in 2012. I have more than eight years of teaching and research experience in the area of solid-state physics and electronic devices.

My research interests include Modeling, TCAD Simulation, Microelectronics, Nanoelectronics, Tunnel FET, Semiconductor Devices and Physics, 2D Materials, Quantum transport of nano-channel devices, and Metaphysics (Quantum Mechanics with metaphysical assumptions and implications).

I am reviewer of many international journals like Microelectronics Journal, IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices, Silicon, Superlattices and Microstructures etc. I got enlisted many times in the Golden List of Reviewers of IEEE Trans. on Electron Devices.

I have published more than 45 research papers in the international journals of repute, including Journal of Applied Physics, Current Applied Physics, Chaos Solitons and Fractals, IEEE Trans. on Nanotechnology, Superlattices & Microstructures, Applied Physics A, Microelectronics Journal, SILICON, Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Optical materials etc.
